Expands access to full day kindergarten in Illinois. Requires that Illinois school districts offer full day kindergarten by the 2027-28 school year; provides a ramp to support them in doing so.

Protection Against Child Exploitation: Would modernize various laws that keep children and people with disabilities safe from sexual exploitation by updating and expanding definitions and offenses.

Permits the Department of Public Health to suspend the license of an EMS professional statewide if that professional is under investigation in one EMS jurisdiction and there would be a danger in having them work as an EMS anywhere else while that investigation is pending.

Creates a task force to develop a model for family recovery plans to encourage pregnant women with substance use disorders to seek out and stay in both treatment and prenatal care.
